Feature and Follow Friday # 18

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

Question of the Week: Snap it Time! A picture is worth a thousand words. Anything and anything. Just give us a pic.

My Review :

Characters - Noah Bryant and Colbie Michaels
Genre - Contemporary Romance
Author - Bella Andre
Rating - 5 Books

I don't believe in love at first sight but this book made me realized that love at first sight is possible. When two people are destined to each other, whatever happens love will lead them back to each other.

I love this book so much, Noah is so sweet and passionate hero. He did his best to prove to Colbie that they are destined to each other and he will not hurt her.

Good job Bella, I will surely read all your books.

The Other Side of Love (Forever Love #3)

Love isn't always candy and butterflies

Noah Beaumont knows the complete joy and the utter devastation that love can bring. He's haunted by his past and the secrets that he holds inside, but is trying to move on with his life. He thinks he may finally have met his match in Robin, but then the calls from Skylar start coming in.

Zane Beaumont was broken when he thought his brother Noah was dead, but now that he knows the truth and Noah is back he wants some answers. It's only the love of his fiancee, Lucky that has stopped him from losing it with Noah.

Noah knows that Zane needs to know the truth, but he thinks he's protecting him by keeping it all inside. He doesn't want Zane's heart to be broken like his was but the biggest secrets always have a way of getting out and unknowingly, Noah may be risking the love of the person he cares about most by not talking

The Last Husband (Forever Love #2)

Thousands of readers fell in love with Lucky and Zane in The Last Boyfriend and now their story of love, hope and redemption is continued in The Last Husband.

Lucky Morgan gave up her dating rules for Zane Beaumont and allowed him to sweep her off of her feet; even though he didn't really believe in love. However, as their relationship progresses, Lucky realizes that Zane isn't the man she thought he was.

Zane Beaumont has spent the last few months trying to ignore Lucky's smile and trying to exact revenge on Braydon Eagle. Zane will stop at nothing to bring down the man he holds responsible for his brothers death; even if it means risking his new relationship with Lucky.

When heartbreaking secrets from the past are revealed, the fragile trust and love they have built together is put in jeopardy.. Lucky and Zane are left to decide if they can overcome the new painful revelations that are threatening to break both of their hearts so that they can focus on their future together

Before Lucky (Forever Love #2.5)

Zane Beaumont’s life changed the day he walked into Lou’s Burger Joint and saw Lucky Morgan for the first time. He wasn’t sure if it was her smile, or her chocolate brown eyes that captured his heart, but he knew that he would do anything to make sure he got to know her better.

We all know the story of how Lucky fell in love with Zane, now it’s time to see how Zane fell for Lucky. Before Lucky tells the story of how one handsome, but broken man found love for the first time.

Review : The Last Boyfriend (Forever Love #1)

Lucky Morgan has had her share of heartbreak. She is devastated when her boyfriend dumps her after sleeping with him and she vows to herself that she won't be used again. She decides that the next guy she dates and sleeps with, will be her one true love.

Zane Beaumont is the mysterious and snooty guy that comes into her diner every Friday night with a different girl. He's the type of guy she's learned to avoid: carefree, fast, handsome, rich, and sarcastic. Unfortunately, she can't stop thinking about the devilish gleam in his eyes.

When Lucky's car breaks down one night after a party, it is Zane who comes to her rescue. As Zane attempts to sweep Lucky off of her feet, she soon realizes that nothing is as it seems and that Zane may very well be the guy for whom she changes the rules. That is until she meets Braydon

My Review

Characters - Zane Beaumont and Lucky Morgan
Genre - Contemporary Romance
Author - J.S Cooper
Rating - 1 Book
Source - Purchased

The cover was very beautiful and I can't wait to read it but I find this book so boring. Poor editing, the hero always mentioned Lucky,Lucky, author can used "she or her" instead of heroine's name.

The story has no depth at all, the heroine will get mad then all of a sudden she will shift her mood. Author should justify the feelings of the heroine first before jumping to another scenario.

I'm so disappointed with this book.

I will read Book 2 and hopefully there's improvement.

I Will Teach You To Be Rich

At last, for a generation that's materially ambitious yet financially clueless comes "I Will Teach You To Be Rich," Ramit Sethi's 6-week personal finance program for 20-to-35-year-olds. A completely practical approach delivered with a nonjudgmental style that makes readers want to do what Sethi says, it is based around the four pillars of personal finance-- banking, saving, budgeting, and investing--and the wealth-building ideas of personal entrepreneurship.
Sethi covers how to save time by not wasting it managing money; the guns and cars myth of credit cards; how to negotiate like an Indian--the conversation "begins" with "no"; why "Budgeting Doesn't Have to Suck!"; how to get things rolling--for real--with only $20; what most people don't understand about taxes; how to get a CEO to take "you" out to lunch; how to avoid the Super Mario Brothers trap by making your savings work harder than you do; the difference between cheap and frugal; the hidden relationship between money and food. Not to mention his first key lesson: Getting started is more important than being the smartest person in the room. Integrated with his website, where readers can use interactive charts, follow up on the latest information, and join the community, it is a hip blueprint to building wealth and financial security.
Every month, 175,000 unique visitors come to Ramit Sethi's website, Iwillteachyoutoberich.com, to discover the path to financial freedom. They praise him thoughtfully ("Your site summarizes everything I want with my life--to be rich in finances, rich in experience, rich in family blessings," "Dan Esparza") and effusively ("Dude, you rock. I love this site!" "Richard Wu"). The press has caught on, too: "Ramit Sethi is a rising star in the world of personal finance writing . . . one singularly attuned to the sensibilities of his generation. his style is part frat boy and part silicon Valley geek, with a little bit of San Francisco hipster thrown in" ("San Francisco Chronicle"). His writing is smart, his voice is full of attitude, and his ideas are uncommonly sound and refreshingly hype-free.(less)
